Lausanne, 22 July 2025 -The Aquatics Integrity Unit (AQIU) has issued a two-game suspension to the Netherlands’ water polo player Simone Van De Kraats for a violent action. 

The incident occurred during the classification match between Netherlands and Italy on 21 July 2025 at the World Aquatics Championships – Singapore 2025.
